Purchasing FotoFusion entitles you to free "dot" upgrades until the next major release.

For example if you purchase version 4.1 then an update to version 4.2 would be free, while an upgrade to version 5.0 would be available at a discount.Additionally, you have a 90-day period of 'purchase protection': if a major version version of FotoFusion is released during this period after your purchase, you will be entitled to upgrade at no charge.

Trial users send mail via the LumaPix mail servers, to ensure smooth trials.

All registered licence holders (Scrapbook Essentials, Enhanced, Extreme) have the option of continuing to use LumaPix servers or sending via their own ISP.

Mails sent via LumaPix servers have a maximum size: 100K for trial users, and 500K for registered users.

Registered users who use their own ISP can send emails without size restrictions.

Text can be added to the canvas and resized freely. This is useful for adding labels, signatures, and naming your artwork.

Text can be added to individual frames; moving the image will move the attached text frames. This is useful for creating contact sheets and labeling individual pictures.

Information embedded in the files from most digital cameras, including the date and time the picture was taken, the model of camera, etc can be inserted into a text body and filled in automatically.

Custom, user-defined EXIF tags can be specified and pulled from files based on schema you provide. For example, a yearbook publisher can embed student first and last names into two separate custom fields in each image.

Extreme users can tag exported images with their chosen color profile.

The maximum rendering size for each version is listed above in pixels. A watermark will be visible on exported output if the render size exceeds the specified dimensions.

Enhanced and Extreme licenses allows the user to insert their own watermark or remove it completely.

A banner below a collage sent by email or published to a web page invites the viewer to click to visit LumaPix.
Enhanced and Extreme users can choose to see no banner at all, or replace the banner with their own custom banner to brand their work.

Canvas sizes can be defined with optional bleed expansion and safe areas.

The resolution of printed output, measured in Dots Per Inch (DPI), determines the quality of output.

Scrapbook Essentials and Enhanced print at 300 DPI, which produces impressive results for most purposes.
Extreme users can set a resolution as high as their printer and computer can support.

FotoFusion can split layouts into multiple pages with per-segment bleed. Suitable for grand-format output.

All versions of FotoFusion can load projects with multiple pages; Extreme users can create multipage albums by adding new, blank pages to create a custom multipage project.

Extreme users can export all pages in an album to separate flat files (e.g. JPEG images) in a single operation.
