FotoFusion v4 build 39809 available

Postby ForumAdmin » Thu May 17, 2007 8:37 pm

We're proud to announce that build 39809 is available.

This free update for existing v4 users gives you much more control over where the FotoFusion database is installed - splitting it into two parts, a "precious" metadata database (where your projects are described) and reconstructable cache data (local copies of content that can be pulled down from the store or rebuilt from local images at any time).

New Features:

* User-created content can be deleted from the organizer [6063]
* Location of database installation can be specified manually
* Database split into user metadata vs. recreatable caches [7486]
* New themes for emails and published pages available [7328]
* New noise mattes (search for type=matte) [7336]
* Library can be filtered by keyword [7413]
* Graphical enhancement to UI [7492]
* HTML email themes can specify rendering resolution [7494]

Selected Fixed Bugs:

* Offline rendering works again [7415]
* Email UI reworked
* Crop to trim not displaying images outside canvas [7332]
* Menus reworked to include data management and other changes
* Editors now always open completely on-screen, even on dual monitor systems [7335]
* Videos display better in the Home zone [7374]
* Images in dropper now taken into account when autocollaging [7410]
* Frames can be deleted from School Composite when running Enhanced [7471]
* Tutorial is working again [7502]

Enjoy!

I don't know if this was the one I downloaded today ?

Anyway, it seems to work fine and I'm still very pleased about those frequent updates - it makes me confident !

I'm just about to do my first professional work with your software. I'm copying a lady's personal old photoalbum and trying to make something very similar using the real page background - her real handwritten comments etc. etc.

It's not going to be exactly the same, but it will be very, very similar. I have to say that I don't regret that I decided to buy your software ! Please continue the way you do right now - I'm really pleased ! Thanks !

Oh yes, I just wanted to say once again, that I would really appreciate to be able to right click in the search menu and delete items I don't want to have there anylonger .... That would be really cool !
